Dana is a Sanskrit word and Buddhist concept related to the English word ΓÇÿgiving.ΓÇÖ  The concept here is that if you are actively involved in the creation and development of HyperCard stackware, then you can accept this gift and continue giving of your own effort.  On the other hand, if you are merely taking this offering for use, then I offer you the opportunity to practice dana (giving) by sending me a small donation. In effect, this stack is as much a gift as an asking for alms. Thus, I can continue to practice dana by writing useful stacks in this beautiful but impovershed, high mountain valley.
